Milk Treatment: Pasteurized

Rind Treatment: Plastic dispersions with preservatives: E235 (Natamycin) and colorants (Caramel and Annatto Norbixin)

 

INGREDIENTS

Pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, lactic ferment.

On the rind: natamycin.

 

ALLERGENS

Lysozyme (derived from egg) and milk.

 

TASTING NOTES

Aroma and appearance in tune with its curing, its flavor spreads throughout the mouth leaving a slight tingling on the palate. Hard but creamy texture, leaving curious nuances in the aftertaste that characterize this Manchego cheese.
