Our Story

The story starts back in 1991 when two brothers in their 20s with nothing but a dream were in search of an adventure. The 20-year-old brothers were Michel and Marwan Jabra. Grown out of a family business, The Jabra brothers decided its time to pave their own path. They went from their humble beginnings in a small grocery store selling local brands in Central Beqaa to opening a business of their own. They traveled the world and built a solid foundation of expertise. Until they developed all the resources needed to match their ambitions, Societe Jabra S.A.L was founded with the belief that we're better when we work together. They started as distributors for local brands in Lebanon, then, they expanded by importing a variety of products from very well-known establishments from around the world.

The Success Journey

Michel and Marwan Jabra took the initiative of creating & designing their own brand: Aquablue. A combination of the best seafood products, from different destinations & origins. Aquablue has developed into a variety of SKUs, from frozen fish, crab, shrimps, octopus, and many more. Along the way, another pioneering partnership between Societe Jabra S.A.L and Nestle S.A. arose, the world’s largest multinational Food and Drink Corporation, to deliver its products to its consumers.

Jabra brothers established a plan out of a dream, implemented it, and turned it into a lifetime of achievements, becoming one of the leading import Food & Beverages corporations in the country. Innovation, cooperation, and serving the Lebanese communities are the things that have kept our story alive. Today, Societe Jabra S.A.L is more than 20 brands distributor. With a family legacy, we honor and pride in every product & our most important ingredient will always be quality.

Distribution & Coverage

The backbone and core strength of Societe Jabra S.A.L is our network of sophisticated, strategically located storage facilities. Societe Jabra's warehousing and distribution is available under two branches, one in the Beqaa the other in Keserwan District. Societe Jabra services more than 6000 clients combining both the retail market and the foodservice sector. And with the use of advanced technology, ensuring time efficiency and client satisfaction, we plan on expanding in terms of coverage and distribution.
