Aquablue, Crumbed Formed Squid Rings (Breaded Calamars)

Ingredients: reformed squid (50%) [squid, white fish, wheat flour, wheat starch, thickeners (E461, E401, E412), salt, sugar, pepper), breadcrumb [wheat flour, palm oil, sugar, salt, colours (E160c, E150d)], batter [wheat flour, water, sugar, salt, pepper, raising agents (E450, E500)].

Allergy Advice: contains fish, molluscus and wheat.

Cooking Instructions: Cook from Frozen

• Deep Fry: preheat oil to 180°C. Deep fry product for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. 
• Oven: preheat oven to 220°C (fan forced). Place product on a pre-heated baking rack and bake for 9-10 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. 

Storage & Handling Instructions: 

Keep frozen. Store below -18°C. Do not re-freeze.
