Fior di Latte has a milder taste and a firmer texture, making it ideal for a variety of dishes. Its julienne-cut shreds melt beautifully, making it perfect for pizzas, lasagnas, baked pasta, and gourmet sandwiches.

- The sealed product must be stored at a temperature of -18°C.
- The product must be thawed in the fridge at +4°C for about 12 hours & stored at +4°C.
